Manages all financial tasks, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities. Evaluates and develops strategy for acquisitions and depositions in order to secure investors’ interest to receiving maximum returns. In charge of the analyzation of complex financial reports and all investment activities. Also, oversees the company’s financial health to increase profitability through strategic 1031, exchange deals, refinancing and selling properties at the right inflation wave. Provides strategic financial input and leadership on decision making to benefit the organization.
Rami Kotel – Vice President and Leasing Director Specializes in assessing commercial real estate properties such as Retail, Industrial and Multi-Family, ensuring the company’s property investment portfolio to reach the utmost chance for capital appreciation through detailed analyzation of acquisitions and depositions. Leads transactions with investors who are seeking to gain maximum market appreciation and rental potential. Evaluates and directs leasing negotiations with Tenants, overseeing all leasing functions, including reviews and implementations of lease transactions and agreements. Develops and implements procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of all leases.
Amy Abes – Office and Accounting Manager Managing data entry and general accounting, regulating account payables and receivables, forecasting financial reports, conducting profit and cost analysis. Produces and analyzes a variety of the company’s financial reports, cash-flow statements, financial projections and budgeting. Supervises financial transactions and accounting activities, ensuring internal audits to abide with the general financial regulations. Handles multitude of accounting tasks, including general ledger and year-end audit preparations, and supports budget forecast activities.
Jen Sharma – Property Accountant Assists in handling the financial portfolio of the company’s rentals and purchases. Provides accounting support in preparing financial reports and in ensuring the accuracy of all ledgers, financial accounts, and balance sheets. Monitors account receivable, recurring billing, and account payables. Responsible for the billing, collection process, including lease administration assistance, managing deposits, and reconciliations. Conducts clerical tasks, updating tenant profiles, daily bookkeeping, and data entry.
Angel De Pano – Operations and Leasing Coordinator Leads and implements the company’s marketing strategy. Manages company’s projects. Analyzes variances to secure properties’ overall condition and operations, initiating corrective action as needed. Ensures that projects are met and adhering to the company standards. Enforces rules of occupancy. Oversees activities and the productive performance of the leasing operations. Prepares new lease agreements, assignments, addendums, amendments and extensions. Acts as Website Administrator. Tenant and Landlord relations manager, responsible for solid tenant communication and implementation of agreements.
Danny Kotel – Administrative Assistant Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports accounting and marketing managers by handling administrative requests and queries. Responsible for clerical tasks, updating tenant profiles, organizing administrative filings, daily book keeping and data entry.
Tony Gonzales – Facility Manager and Coordinator Oversee all building-related activities. Supervises team of contractors and maintenance technicians. Coordinates with the key members to ensure proper onsite implementation of projects and enforce property rules. Responsible for on the field day to day operation such as Tenant interaction, building inspections, new acquisition inspection, maintenance, repairs, property showings, control activities like parking allocation and building security. Accountable for ensuring that buildings and their services meet the needs of the Tenants by overseeing and managing any building maintenance. Responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning. Maintains good relationship between Vendors and Landlord as well as Tenants and Landlord.

I have been a tenant of the Kotel's for nearly 7 years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. The Kotels are extremly fair and kind hearted. They want the buisness that rent from them to succeed.
During the early days of Covid, I was struggling to pay my rent. Kotel MGMT sent me resources to help me get a grant and a PPP loan. Once I got the money, I worked out a way to pay them what I owed. If it wasn't for their patience and flexibility I wouldn't have been able to get my buisness, out of the hole.
I am incredibly gratefull to the Kotels and all they have done for me throughout the years.
